Well dodgy

Two favourite muses - stair wells, and Naples - collide here in an image taken in a tenement block in the Italian city. There were multiple light sources playing on these iron bannisters, lending a slightly ...sinister? mood to the shot. In a city that could never be accused of lacking atmosphere, the almost film noire (I reckon) vibe here contrasted starkly with the gleeful chaos on the streets outside. Grab a pizza and settle down to wait for a dark and menacing figure to ascend...
