In contrast, Lockie the AOP dog covets these random treasures and it took all my doggy authority to stop him picking this one up before I had captured the image. Once he was given the nod, the ball was scooped up and born like some kind of canine world trophy back to AOP Towers, where it took pride of place is his collection of manky projectiles under the rhododendron in the back yard.
